"Just returned from the 7-day deluxe package. The houseboat on Dal Lake was exactly as shown - clean, comfortable with amazing lake views. Our guide Rashid was knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. The Gulmarg gondola ride was the highlight! Only issue was the road to Sonamarg was bumpy, but that's expected. Highly recommend the Wazwan dinner experience."

"Traveled with family (2 adults, 2 kids) in winter. The team arranged proper winter clothing for kids. Gulmarg skiing was amazing - they provided good quality equipment. The driver Mohd. Yaseen was very careful on snowy roads. Food was excellent, especially loved the Kashmiri tea. Only suggestion: carry extra warm clothes even if they provide some. Response time to our queries was within 30 minutes always."

"Solo female traveler here. Felt completely safe throughout the trip. The team was very responsive - I could WhatsApp them anytime. Pahalgam river rafting was thrilling! The accommodation was clean and staff respectful. One day the weather was bad and they quickly rearranged the itinerary. Only minus point: WiFi was patchy in some areas, but that's Kashmir for you.
